This post is going to be a short one but I just couldn’t resist to share it since tomorrow is Thanksgiving and maybe somebody will use those ideas to boost regular holiday menu with some greens. So. even though this article considers to be a Vegetarian option for Thanksgiving, I personally not being vegetarian thought that those recipes can be nice addition as Thanksgiving doesn’t necessarily have to be all about turkey. My favorite recipe is the first one: Kale Salad With Butternut Squash, Cranberries and Pepitas. But the other ones also sound delicious. So, try something new this year’s Thanksgiving which is also loaded with healthy nutrients.
