With Christmas and the New Year festivities well and truly over for another year, it’s time to start looking forward to summer. Over the coming months we will no doubt start hitting the gym, cutting carbs and trying all new revolutionary ways to get in shape for summer.
Whilst with hard work and determination we can usually get to looking a little more trim, there has always been one area that I have struggled with; The Gap. The space between your inner upper thigh when your feet are together.
