So everybody knows you should train & exercise and “move” more… everyone is telling you to have intense workouts, keep them brief, train daily etc…

I just want to share with you my thought on “why” this is…

I think its really important to workout “why’s” of all things before you fly in head first… its really important to know why your doing something because then you know what is really going on other then thinking your personal trainer may just be pushing you doing random stuff!…

If you don’t train like this you will be missing out on massive amounts of fat loss & health improvements which does have a direct impact on your quality of life, so socialising with friends may not be easy because you feel you are hiding your gut or tucking your tummy in and playing with your children, may not be as good because…
