Splurge a little with this tasty treat – Zaliojo Torto

400g flour
400g sugar
200g butter
300ml milk
500ml whipping cream
5 egg whites
1 1/2 lime
Blueberry Mint leaves
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt edible paint. I used a Wilton Wilton Moss Green and Leaf Green. (A miracle, not paint!)

Preheat the oven 175C degrees.

In a small bowl, whisk together egg whites, sugar and vanilla extract.
